When running is not feasible...an alternative is to walk the course. The walk start times are governed by the length of that day's run. Walkers always meet at the run start place earlier then the actual run time.

June 4, 11, 18, and 25th.
Long distance training runs -
Saturdays @ 8:00 am
Charm City Run Bel Air
Join fellow runners on long distance group runs the first Saturday of every month at 8:00 AM. Meet at the Churchville Test Center parking lot on Route-136 (Approximately two miles north of Route-22 on the right).
