Eagle Scout 5K (partial results) Jeff Hines of York, Pa., and Margaret
Starnes of Street were the winners in the RASAC Eagle Scout 5K in
Pylesville Saturday.  Hines led the men's race in 17:21, outrunning Mike
Feinberg (18:00) and Wilson Gorrell (18:42).  Paul Gardiner, who
directed the race to raise money for his Eagle Scout project, finished
fourth in 18:52.

Starnes was first among the women in 20:20.  Cindy Meyer (23:50) was
second; Bonnie Schaffer (24:41), third; and Terri Broemm (25:08),
fourth.
